RETURNS/EXHANGE/REFUND POLICY

Island & Co will accept returns within 24hours of receiving the goods, if the product is deemed faulty.

Island & Co will fully refund the product if the product is faulty, or damaged in transit by Island & Co delivery. The item will not be eligible for return if the customer has damaged in transit.

Returns will be accepted upon sight. restored pieces are not always perfect, therefore refunds will only be accepted if the item has arrived damaged. If the piece has major repairs needed within 15 days, the item will need to be returned to our warehouse for repairs.

Returns/refunds are not offered for change of mind

If the item has been deemed to be faulty/missing parts/damaged by Island and Co, a return label will be supplied. Upon inspection, if deemed not faulty/missing parts/damaged we reserve the right to not refund the return shipping cost.
